
Business Development Manager, Trainer, Coach
With over 16 years of corporate Human Resources experience and more than 4 years of consulting and training experience, she is an HR professional focused on delivering effective solutions in employee experience, talent management, and leadership development, helping organizations strengthen their people practices.
Throughout her corporate career, guided by the values of teamwork, openness to learning and development, and innovation, she has worked across a broad spectrum ranging from recruitment and performance management to talent development and organizational transformation projects. As a professional who has both designed strategic HR frameworks within corporate structures and led their on-the-ground implementation, she has been continuing her work since 2021 in coaching, project consultancy, and relationship systems management to enhance the productivity and engagement of individuals and teams across various sectors.
In 2021, prior to embarking on this new journey, she completed her coaching training through the ICF (International Coach Federation) accredited PerAura GoodWill Coaching and Mentoring Program.
She graduated with high honors from Yeditepe University’s Department of Political Science and International Relations in 2004, followed by an MBA from Yeditepe University in 2007.
After completing her graduate studies, she began her professional career at Finansbank, where she worked between 2005 and 2009 as a Planning and Career Management Specialist. She continued her career at Yapı Kredi Bank between 2010 and 2015 as a Career and Workforce Management Specialist, during which time she took part in various projects aimed at restructuring Human Resources processes. Between 2015 and 2018, she worked at the H&M Turkey Office as a Recruitment Specialist, where she also led the project to establish the Talent Management function, and continued her role as a Talent Management Specialist. From 2018 to 2019, she served as an HR Supervisor at Çalık Holding. Between 2019 and 2020, she worked as an HR Manager at Bilkom Bilişim Hizmetleri A.Ş., a Koç Holding group company, where she was responsible for structuring the Recruitment, Career Management, and Training and Development functions. In addition, she took part in Koç Holding Human Resources projects. In 2021, she served as the Culture and Human Resources Manager at TurkishBank.
Her areas of expertise include recruitment and career management, performance management, compensation management, retention and succession practices, talent management, leadership and talent development programs, assessment centers and competency-based interview practices, organizational development, and the design of personalized development processes.
She is married and a mother of one child.
