Yasin Demir brings over 25 years of diversified experience spanning bank treasuries, asset management firms, investment banks, and family offices. Throughout his illustrious career, he has adeptly navigated volatile markets, periods of rapid expansion, and crisis scenarios. Yasin’s multifaceted roles in both large-scale corporations and smaller enterprises have empowered him to execute projects across diverse areas such as treasury solutions, market-making, private banking, and asset management. His prowess extends to establishing new business verticals, enhancing existing ones, and adeptly managing downscaling, restructuring, or ceasing operations when required.
In the realm of investment solutions, Yasin offers expert advisory on crafting the optimal structures for individuals, corporations, or families. He also collaborates with the right business associates for liquid investments, encompassing public markets, real estate, private equity, and venture capital.

- BSc. in Industrial Engineering from Marmara University (1997).
- Initiated his professional journey at Bankapital as a Fixed Income Trader (1997-2000).
- Steered fixed income and international mutual fund management at Ata Investment (2000-2004).
- Furthered his fund management expertise at TEB Asset Management (2004-2009), adding Wealth Management to his repertoire.
- Appointed Treasury Manager at Is Investment in 2009, pioneering certain capital market products in the Turkish sector.
- Ascended to leadership roles as Deputy CEO and later CEO at Burgan Securities, a Kuwait-based entity. (2015-2017)
- Served as Investment Manager at Vedra Capital, a London-based family office (2018-2020).
- Launched D&D Consultancy in 2020, an FCA-accredited firm, specializing in wealth management and financial consultancy.
- Since 2021, Yasin has been imparting knowledge as a lecturer at the London Institute of Banking and Finance (LIBF).
