Stress Awareness and Management Training (1 day)
Positive and negative stress has a constant impact on all our lives. The trick is to maximize positive stress and minimize negative stress. This workshop will provide participants with a three-option method for handling any stressful situation, as well as a toolbox of personal skills, including using routines, relaxation techniques, and a stress diary system.
