Graduated from George Mason University in 1999 with a Bachler degree in Social Sciences in International Relations and a minor in Global Studies.

From 1999 to 2008, I worked at the United Colors of Benetton corporate office in Washington DC. Starting in the marketing department, responsible for developing marketing plan in local markets using allocated budgets. My interest in the merchandising department grew as I took on the expansion of stores in Canada, responsible for the product, people, and marketing plans for the stores. After a successful launch in Canada, I was promoted to Head Buyer, responsible for over 120 retail stores for women, men and children in the US and Canada.

In 2008, as Brand Manager, I was responsible for managing multiple brands in the company portfolio. With the opening of a multi-brand chain of contemporary designer stores, it was important to restructure the product mix and develop the sales strategy while staying on top of trends and working with over 100 vendors. I worked closely with each team to monitor targets, increase sales, promote the brands in local markets.

In 2013, I moved to Istanbul to realize new opportunities. As a Branding consultant, I assisted local designers in creating brand identity as well as identifying client base through market research. In 2019, I became an ICF certified Coach with the intention to work with clients to achieve short/long term goals.

Since 2019 I have been working with Per Aura Consulting to assist with online and face-to-face trainings such as Effective Communication, Constructive Behavior, Team Coaching and Effective Leadership. In 2022 I completed my ACC accreditation from ICF and gained an accreditation from Harrison Assessment in Employee Development.

Every day I continue to learn and gain new experiences to improve my skills and benefit the companies I serve. My experience has proven that Happiness is the key to Success.
