Gökhan Kınacı

Professional Coach and Mentor, Consultant, Trainer

Throughout his working life, he worked as a middle and senior manager in various companies and contributed to the development of the teams he managed.

He graduated from Şişli Terakki High School in 1986 and joined Istanbul Technical University Faculty of Mechanical Engineering for his undergraduate degree.

He started his career as a sales consultant at G2M in 1995 and continued as a store manager at Macro Market since 1998. In 2002, he co-founded the online purchasing platform for companies under the name Ortaknet and served as Deputy General Manager until the transfer of the company.

In 2004, he became the Operations Director responsible for Administrative Affairs at Tekfen Services within Tekfen Holding. He took over the administrative management of all buildings belonging to Tekfen Holding. While working here, he completed the first module of Ericcson Coaching training to get a new way of management skill.

In 2015, he worked as Administrative Affairs and Purchasing Manager at Atasay Kuyumculuk, managing all the needs of 150 branches and head office with his team.

From 2017, he worked as Operations Director at Sadunya Ready Food till he retired in 2022.

In 2021, completed Harrison Assesment training and became a certified practitioner and partner.

He completed the coaching and mentoring program in 2022 and became a certified coach.
Currently, he is the managing partner at PerAura Training and Consulting, leading Harrison Inventory and Consulting part.
