In 1994, after graduating from YTU Chemical Engineering Department, Bozanoğlu worked as an R&D & Production Engineer at Belgin Oil. In 2001 she joined BASF as a Sales Engineer, with an emphasis on Sales-Marketing, making visits for customer complaints/satisfaction. Until 2018, she worked as Sales Manager in the same company. After this date, she assumed the position of General Manager in Aksu Kimya PVC company, which is also a chemical company, until 2024. Her 30-year career in the field of Chemistry has turned into a journey of training and consultancy after meeting Goodwill Coaching. Married and the mother of one child, she is currently a student at Istanbul University, Department of Philosophy, and an excited traveler on her educational journey.
