She has expertise in executive coaching, sales coaching, individual-group coaching, skill-competency development and personal development trainings as well as team formation and performance management.
She graduated from Marmara University, Department of Tourism and Hotel Management and is a member of the advisory board of the same university. She completed ICF Coaching, Basic Psychology at Yeditepe University, NLP Specialization at Istanbul Technical University and Art Therapy programs at Istanbul University. She is currently continuing her mentoring program at FA Koç Academy.
Before turning her 32-year career to training and development management, she worked as an entrepreneur and senior manager in the services sector, especially in tourism and communication. In this process, she organized internal trainings for the competency and skill development of the teams she worked with and made significant contributions to their performance.
She is the implementer of the US Track Selling Institute – Max Sacks International Sales Training School in Istanbul. In addition, she was a founding member of TUROYD (Tourism Hotel Managers Association), the general secretary for 3 terms and the chairman of the press commission. Since 2019, as a collective partner of his own brand and Collective Trend Development Agency, he has been analyzing the development needs of institutions and individuals with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), program designs and implementation, and reporting at the end of the process, providing training, consultancy and coaching services.
She has experience in scripting interactive mobile gamification tools preferred in LMS systems today and designing and implementing trainings using these tools. She uses coaching and NLP based methodologies in her trainings and her work is influenced by disciplines such as humanistic psychology, philosophy, sociology and management. She contributes to finding people-oriented solutions by looking at the problems of corporate life from the framework of transferable competencies.
