Mentoring Training

A study that aims to benefit from experience to create a system that offers employees the development opportunity they desire, encourages them to become better leaders and employees, spreads a culture focused on sharing and cooperation, and increases employee loyalty by developing more effective perspectives and behaviors for all employees. Participants will spend a day where they will review the do’s and don’ts and create a working system with their mentees.
