Mentoring

The mentoring system is based on a formal relationship established between employees who have high leadership potential within the company and are likely to work at critical positions in the company in the future, and the current senior managers of the company. The aim is to provide them with a powerful and supportive learning tool, to convey the corporate culture, to support the target audience academically or career-wise, and as a result, to create a more effective human resource.

People must develop the personal and technical characteristics needed to keep up with this complex and constantly changing business life. The mentor guides the person he/she is paired with in line with their position and needs within the company. The person benefits from the mentor’s experience and knowledge by sharing many issues with his mentor, such as the problems he experiences in the work environment, areas of development, human relations, communication skills and career path. Our experienced coaches also serve as mentors.
