- Module – Color in Coaching
One of the most important goals in coaching is creating an environment that is compatible with the client, one that is fluent and raises awareness. The most effective factor in achieving these is for the coach to use the most appropriate and creative tool according to the client and their relationship, to bring the client to the point of awareness that will result in action. Therefore, the coach’s observation, creativity and richness of tools become very important. At the end of this module, participants will not only improve their own inner journey, but will also be able to understand the development of their clients.
